We are currently unable to take room bookings at the Manor House during the Covid-19 Pandemic. A guide to hiring our unique venues in Littlehampton

Littlehampton Town Council offers an attractive choice of venues to organisations, businesses and private hirers. Our two venues, the Manor House (New Millennium Chamber) and Southfields Jubilee Centre, offer facilities in the town of Littlehampton for conferences, meetings, seminars, training sessions, exhibitions, wedding and naming ceremonies to accommodate up to 100 people. 

The Manor House is a Georgian Grade II Listed Building in the heart of Littlehampton.

There is car parking available in a large pay and display car park opposite the Manor House.

New Millennium Chamber

The New Millennium Chamber has its own separate entrance with lift access to the first floor. This room has a grand domed ceiling and oak panelled walls which provides a first-class setting for functions. 

Maximum numbers seated 100, standing 120. Seated with tables 80 (depending on room layout and equipment hired this could be less).

Fleming Room

This room is located on the ground floor and suitable for training, functions and meetings. It is fitted with a projector, screen and hearing loop.

Maximum numbers 35. Seated with tables 16-18.


Fleming Room Venue

Gladden Room

This room is located on the first floor and will meet the needs of training, committee meetings and small community groups.  

Maximum numbers 35. Seated with tables 16-18.
