The Manor House is a Georgian Grade II Listed Building in the heart of Littlehampton. It offers facilities in the town of Littlehampton for conferences, meetings, seminars, training sessions, exhibitions, wedding and name ceremonies to accommodate up to 100 people.
Convenient parking is available in a large pay-and-display car park opposite the Manor House.

New Millennium Chamber
The New Millennium Chamber has its own separate entrance with lift access to the first floor. This room has a grand domed ceiling and oak panelled walls which provides a first-class setting for functions.
Maximum numbers seated 100, standing 120. Seated with tables 80 (depending on room layout and equipment hired this could be less).
Fleming Room
This room is located on the ground floor and suitable for training, functions and meetings. It is fitted with a projector, screen and hearing loop.
Maximum numbers 35. Seated with tables 16-18.
Gladden Room
This room is located on the first floor and will meet the needs of training, committee meetings and small community groups.
