The matters delegated to this Committee are:

1. The development of policy for recommendation to Council.
2. The annual review of the Council’s expenditure and income; the receipt of budget requests from other Committees and the formulation of the Council’s annual budget for Council approval.
3. The funding and monitoring of the Council’s support for economic regeneration.
4. Police liaison.
5. Health liaison.
6. Liaison with other local authorities and outside bodies.
7. The Mayoralty, for recommendation to Council.
8. All matters relating to the day-to-day administration of the Council.
9. Town Centre liaison and support.
10. Retail, employment and business matters.
11. Community Right to Challenge issues for approval by Council.
12. New Homes Bonus and Community Infrastructure Levy.
13. The oversight and delivery of the use of Section 106 sums allocated to the Town Council.
