Newsletter Design and Print Services Required
Littlehampton Town Council provides a range of services to more than 30,000 residents across the Town. Progress Newsletter is our residents’ newsletter published four times a year and delivered door to door to almost every home in the Town. Please view previous issues on our website for more information.
It publicises the services the Council provides, key news for the Town including housing and highways developments and showcases some of the community’s achievements.
The Newsletter is currently produced as an A4 8-page publication for the Spring, Summer and Autumn issues with the Winter issue being a 12-page publication to include a four-page picture special.
We are looking to award a contract of two years starting with the Autumn 2022 issue and ending with the Spring 2024 – a total of seven issues.
Ideally, the design and print service would be provided by the same company but we are open to quotations from designers only as well as print only companies. Should you be a company that provide both services but would be happy to design or print only in the eventuality of us wanting to combine two different businesses, please ensure you complete the appropriate section of the quotation form.
