This Sub Committee is comprised of five Councillors and aims to support and inform the work to create new youth and community facilities in Wick and North Littlehampton. The Sub Committee will be required to take decisions that are not within the delegated authority of the Town Clerk and which are within the budget and design constraints that may have already been approved by the Council. Should significant decisions be required, the Sub Committee will make recommendations to Full Council.
