Easter High Street Event from previous year 2025

Littlehampton Town Council’s annual programme of free events starts this Easter with two High Street events that you won’t want to miss. Visit Littlehampton for free-themed events on Wednesday 1 April and Thursday 9 April. Families are invited to enjoy rides, face painting, live entertainment, character meet and greets, community stalls and more.

Each event will have its own unique theme. On Wednesday 1 April, the Easter Bunny and Alice in Wonderland are dropping by to say hello as well as performances from Clumsy the Magician and crafts hosted by the Littlehampton Town Council tent. On Thursday 9 April the focus shifts to celebrating the fantastic local community groups and businesses with storytelling sessions from Littlehampton Library as well as performances from local artists including The Elderly Brothers, RMTC and Sussex Steel.

Speaking about the upcoming events, Chair of Littlehampton Town Council’s Community Resources Committee, Councillor Freddie Tandy, said: “We are thrilled to kick off our annual programme of events with these two High Street events packed with free activities for families to enjoy throughout the Easter holidays. The second event on Thursday 9 April is the start of a busy and exciting weekend in Littlehampton, with the Friday Market the next day being followed by the town’s first two-day Food and Drink Festival. It will be great seeing the town busy with activities and we encourage residents and visitors to enjoy the free entertainment.”
