Littlehampton Town Council is seeking a contractor to provide a comprehensive internal design and fit-out service to transform a vacant High Street premises into a fully compliant, accessible, and operational hub ready for public use.

The successful contractor will be responsible for delivering the project from an empty shell condition through to a fully completed, compliant, and operational space ready for occupation and use. The Council’s intention is to appoint a single Contractor capable of providing an integrated design and build solution, including all necessary design, specification, supply, installation, coordination, and commissioning activities.

Tender submissions must meet all the listed requirements in the invitation to tender and the full submission should be sent to the Town Clerk via email tenders@littlehampton-tc.gov.uk or posted to the Town Clerk, Hub in the High Street Tender, Littlehampton Town Council, Manor House, Church Street, Littlehampton, West Sussex BN17 5EW by the closing date of 12 April 2026.

Additional pictures or information that might help the Council to reach a decision are welcomed as part of the tender.
