Littlehampton Town Council is seeking a contractor to deliver high‑quality, professional Christmas illumination services that support the Council’s vision to enhance the town’s appearance and create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors.

The successful contractor will be responsible for providing a well‑designed, safe, and visually appealing Christmas lighting scheme, ensuring reliable installation, maintenance, and removal in line with agreed timescales and budgets. Contractors must demonstrate the ability to respond promptly to operational needs, work collaboratively with the Council, and maintain the highest standards of safety, accessibility, and professionalism throughout the contract period.

Tender submissions must meet all the listed requirements in the invitation to tender and the full submission should be sent to the Town Clerk via email tenders@littlehampton-tc.gov.uk or posted to the Town Clerk, Christmas Illuminations Tender, Littlehampton Town Council, Manor House, Church Street, Littlehampton, West Sussex BN17 5EW by the closing date of 29 March 2026.

Additional pictures or information that might help the Council to reach a decision are welcomed as part of the tender.
