The Littlehampton Sports Awards were on Monday 7th October, celebrating the success of the amazing local talent we have. Not only were the Sports Awards winners celebrated at the event but also those who were recipients of a Sports Excellence Grant. The Sports Forum this year awarded a total of £2,000 across 8 sportspeople to enable them to progress in their sport and achieve their goals.

The evening was hosted by Chair of the Sports Forum Cllr Billy Blanchard-Cooper, Billy said “It was wonderful to see so many different sports, sports people and their supporters come together to celebrate each other's success. It’s always a pleasure to be able to give grants to help people who are working so hard in their chosen field, knowing that as a town we are helping them to progress, to potentially represent our town and maybe even our country. Congratulations to all our recipients.”
