SPACE Grants

SPACE grants aim to financially support organisations to provide sports or arts based summer holiday activities which provide children and young people aged 8-17 years with the space to try something new. In the past the grants have funded Tennis sessions, Chalk at the Pebbles, Steel Pan workshops, Dance sessions and a Play Rangers session at Mewsbrook Park.

SPACE grants are a great opportunity for local clubs and groups to reach out to young people and encourage them to try something new.

There is £1,000 up for grabs each year and applications will be considered from groups based in Littlehampton or those that operate a service within the town.

The Town Council will help to promote the summer holiday sessions via its website and social media channels.

So if your group or club could give local children a chance to learn a new sport or get creative then please contact the Assistant Town Clerk via email or telephone 01903 732063

Applications are considered in early spring each year.  If you would like to find out more about previous successful applications please contact the Assistant Town Clerk as above.
