Christmas advent calendar terms and conditions

  1. Entries must be submitted by the date stated on the competition post, any entries submitted after will not be considered.
  2. Entrants can only enter once.
  3. To enter you must complete the form and answer the competition question.
  4. The competitions are open to residents of Littlehampton. Entrants who live in Littlehampton must live in the Littlehampton Parish Boundary, not necessarily have Littlehampton in the address to quality.  To determine whether or not you are within the boundary check your Council Tax bill to see which Parish/Town Council you pay a proportion to.
  5. The winner will receive the prize stated on the post for that day. There will be 12 days of competitions with 12 different prizes kindly donated by local businesses. This prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. We aim to inform winners within 3 working days of the closing date.
  6. Some prizes may not be delivered until January due to current restrictions with COVID-19.
  7. To enter you must complete the webform and provide an answer to the question. Only the correct answers will be entered into the prize draw.
  8. The entries will be numbered, and the winning entry will be selected at random by a random number generator.
  9. You will not be able to amend your answer once you have submitted it.
  10. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be requested. 
  11. Employees and Councillors of Littlehampton Town Council, as well as their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition and win the prize.
  12. There is no entry fee for this competition and no purchases are necessary to enter.
  13. The winner of the competition will be contacted by email or telephone.
  14. Littlehampton Town Council are the organisers of these competitions and Facebook is not a sponsor or associated with the competitions.
  15. Littlehampton Town Council will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, because of any equipment/internet failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
