Arun Parish

The Amenity Team undertakes grounds maintenance for the Town Council’s five Allotments; the Town centre Roundabouts; Rosemead Open Space and The Manor House. 

Working in partnership with the District and County Council, through the Street Scene Enhancement Scheme, the Amenity Team ensure the ongoing attractiveness of the Town and other Parishes in the Eastern Arun area through the timely removal of all graffiti.

The team also undertake the painting of street furniture and other work to improve the attractiveness of the Town.  A major role for them is to assist the professional contractors installing the Towns Christmas Illuminations.  

The Amenity Team also assist organisations in the Town with special events such as the Carnival, Bonfire Night and Armed Forces Day, together with supporting Town Council Events such as the Town Show.
