Town Mayor Councillor Billy Blanchard-Cooper is inviting residents to join him in a celebration of Littlehampton’s community including organisations and businesses.
Traditionally the Town Mayor hosts a Civic Service during their Mayoral year which in past has taken many shapes from concerts to afternoon tea, but this year’s occasion is unique. Being held on the 6th May at St Mary’s Church in Church Street, the event is open to all and it will focus on celebrating the Town, its people and its assets.
Speaking about the event, Town Mayor Councillor Billy Blanchard-Cooper said: “Littlehampton is an astounding Town, the people that live and work here contribute so much to its vibrancy and this is my way of saying ‘thank-you’. I welcome residents to join me in showing our gratitude at this special event.”
The Civic Service starts at 3pm and there is no need to book.
